Tel-Aide is a telephone listening centre for people in distress. This free, anonymous and completely confidential service is available to people who may need to confide in someone, to talk about their problems or who may even be contemplating suicide.

First listening centre in Quebec and the largest in the Greater Montreal area, Tel-Aide has received over 2 million calls since 1971. Tel-Aide is the only listening centre providing service in English and French, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
